Graphic Designing
Intern

You'll design social creatives, ad banners, and brand assets that go straight into
live campaigns — with feedback from the team actually running them.

THE ROLE

What you'll do, and what we're looking for.

What you'll do

  • ^
Design social media creatives (static posts & carousels)
  • ^
Assist with ad banners and campaign visuals
  • ^
Support brand asset creation — templates, icons, simple graphics
  • ^
Incorporate feedback quickly across multiple revisions

What we're looking for

  • ^
Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • ^
Basic understanding of layout, color, and typography
  • ^
A portfolio you can share — student or personal projects are fine
  • ^
Open to feedback and comfortable iterating quickly

Nice to have (not required)

  • ^
Basic After Effects or motion graphics
  • ^
    Familiarity with Figma
  • ^
    An interest in UI/UX

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, start to offer.

01

Apply

Send your resume and any work samples or portfolio links to the email below.

02

Screening call

A short, informal conversation about your background, interests, and what you're hoping to learn.

03

Small task

A short, paid design task — usually one social creative or banner based on a real (mock) brief, so we can see how you work.

04

Offer

Successful candidates get an offer with a start date — usually within a couple of weeks of applying.

QUESTIONS

Before you apply.

Is this a paid internship?

Yes — [stipend amount to be added before publishing]. We'll confirm the exact figure during the screening call as well.

Is this remote or in-office?

Hybrid, based out of our Nagpur studio. Some in-person time is expected, especially in the first few weeks.

Can this convert into a full-time role?

Strong interns are the first people we consider when a full-time seat opens up — it's not guaranteed, but it happens regularly.

Do I need prior professional experience?

No — we care more about attitude and willingness to learn than a resume full of past jobs. Student and personal projects count.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes — everyone who completes the internship gets a certificate, and strong performers get a letter of recommendation too.

Do I need a design degree?

No — we care about your portfolio and eye for design, not the credential. Self-taught designers are very welcome to apply.
