Social Media Marketing Intern

You'll help plan, schedule, and report on real client social accounts — not a practice page with zero followers.

THE ROLE

What you'll do, and what we're looking for.

  • ^
Support day-to-day community management (replies & DMs)

What we're looking for

  • ^
An active, engaged user of Instagram and/or LinkedIn
  • ^
Basic writing skills for captions and short-form copy
  • ^
Comfortable working in spreadsheets for reporting
  • ^
Detail-oriented — consistency matters more than big ideas here

Nice to have (not required)

  • ^
    Basic Canva or design skills

Experience running a personal or club/brand page
  • ^
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)

QUESTIONS

Before you apply.

Is this a paid internship?

Yes — [stipend amount to be added before publishing]. We'll confirm the exact figure during the screening call as well.

Is this remote or in-office?

Hybrid, based out of our Nagpur studio. Some in-person time is expected, especially in the first few weeks.

Can this convert into a full-time role?

Strong interns are the first people we consider when a full-time seat opens up — it's not guaranteed, but it happens regularly.

Do I need prior professional experience?

No — we care more about attitude and willingness to learn than a resume full of past jobs. Student and personal projects count.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes — everyone who completes the internship gets a certificate, and strong performers get a letter of recommendation too.

Will I be posting on real client accounts from day one?

You'll start by assisting and learning the account's voice; posting independently comes once you and your mentor are both comfortable with it
